Ingredients
- 600g pork soft bone
- 400g raw shelled peanuts
- 2–3L water (depending on slow cooker capacity)
Steps
- Wash peanuts.
- Chop pork into cubes.
- Cook peanuts in water.
- Blanch pork.
- Add pork to peanut soup.
- Slow cook for 4/5 hours.
